2 Questions
1) What was something that you experienced that was unexpectedly fun?
It was going through the Drake Passage during my 10-day Antarctica trip last year. The swells were about 5 meters high but I was not seasick at all. I had a lot of fun reading books, working out, and relaxing in the sauna while gazing at the icebergs outside.
2) How do you balance having a good time with work and the logistics of travel?
It’s definitely not easy to balance between the two. What I usually do is to block an unobstructed period for deep work daily. You will be surprised how much you could get done without any distractions around.
How do you have fun while traveling? Is your travel version of “fun” different then back home? Do you find it difficult to balance work and play?
